    As we raid on thursday, sunday and tuesday the fact that you can't raid on thursdays is not exactly optimal. We would normally bring the healers that were there on the first raid (thursday) on the other two as well so you would pretty much only be back-up if we had a healer that couldn't join on sunday or tuesday. So I don't really know if there's a point for you to join anyway.

    I agree with Sessansara on the raid days. We want everyone to be able to join on our raid days, and the fact that you can't raid on thursdays is bad. Also, looking at your armory link I see that you don't even have your shoulder enchanted with the inscription enchant ? And you haven't reforged anything at all. Everyone should reforge something, since I very much doubt that everything is BiS for you.
    Though the enchants and reforging can be fixed, it's not a big issue. But that you can't raid on thursdays is a big issue, and unless you can change it so that you can raid, then it's a decline for me atleast.
